Optima is an experienced and well-recognized provider of chemical toll manufacturing services to a broad range of chemical markets. Operating two chemical manufacturing sites in the USA (Douglas, GA and Belle, WV) we provide fast, reliable engineering and manufacturing solutions for your requirements, be it in our existing  toll manufacturing plant or in a new build. Installation of new equipment and plant is typically carried out in < 12 months, even for complex builds.

As a chemical toll provider/ contract manufacturer, Optima provides our customers with solutions to their own internal manufacturing limitations, help in bridging volumes for new product launches and handling specialist chemistries that are not core to the customers own expertise.

The right mix.

  • Current reactor capacity over our two sites is 100,000 gallons with 50,000 square feet of warehousing

  • Vessel size ranges from 50 gallon to 5000 gallon in Stainless steeled, glassed steel and Hastelloy

  • Working temperature range :
    -80 C to 250 C

  • Working pressure range:
    Full vacuum to 260 psi

  • Broad range of drying and solids handling equipment, including pyrophoric materials
